Eligible candidates for the Basic Nursing and Midwifery programme are invited to pick up the admission form starting from Monday, October 2nd, to Friday, October 20th, 2023. The registration process will take place at the school’s main campus between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm, excluding public holidays and weekends. It is crucial to submit your application before the deadline, as late applications will not be considered.
- Indigenes: N 14,000.00
- Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00
Additional fees include processing fee (N8,000.00), Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee (N500.00), and Customized file fee (N500.00).
To be eligible for admission, candidates must provide the following documents:
- Recent color passport photographs
- Educational Certificates (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
- Birth certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of name documents if applicable
