How to Apply:

1. Initiate Your Application:
   • Click here to begin the application process.
   • Fill in your Surname, First name, Middle name, Email Address (restricted to G-mail), and Phone Number.
2. Email Verification:
   • Verify your email through the link sent to your G-mail.
3. Document Upload:
   • Upload a passport photograph (not exceeding 25KB) after email verification.
4. Payment:
   • Click “Make Payment” to pay the application fee. Choose between:
     • HND Application (#15,000)
     • Other Applications (#12,000)
   • Ensure payment is made with your own debit (ATM) card.
5. Application Completion:
   • Fill the application form with your profile information, desired courses, and academic qualifications.
6. Print Your Documents:
   • Print the payment receipt, acknowledgment/examination permit slip, completed application form, and the referee form.

• Public Health Nursing is tailored for Nursing School graduates, not secondary school leavers.
• Public Health Technician is designed for secondary school leavers.
