University of Benin (UNIBEN) Admission List 2023/2024 Out

Are you eagerly awaiting the UNIBEN admission list for the 2023/2024 academic session? The good news is that the list has been released, and if you participated in the UNIBEN admission screening exercise, it’s time to check if your name made it. In this blog post, we’ll guide you through the simple steps to check the UNIBEN admission list on both JAMB CAPS and UNIBEN Kofa.

Checking UNIBEN Admission List on JAMB CAPS:

  1. Visit the official JAMB portal at https://www.jamb.gov.ng/Efacility and log in using your registered email address and password to access your dashboard.
  2. Click on ‘Check Admission Status.’
  3. Select ‘Access my CAPS.’
  4. Click on ‘Admission Status’ to see if you’ve been offered admission.

Checking UNIBEN Admission List on UNIBEN Kofa:

As of now, the admission list is not available on the school’s portal (WAEUP KOFA). However, when it becomes available, follow these steps to check:

  1. Visit UNIBEN’s official admission checking portal at https://uniben.waeup.org/login.
  2. Provide your username and password (received during registration) in the appropriate boxes.
  3. Click on ‘Login.’
  4. A new page will open, displaying your application record, post UTME details, and admission status.
    • If admitted, you will see the details of the course you are admitted into.
    • If your slip still shows ‘Submitted,’ it means you haven’t been offered admission yet, but there’s still hope for subsequent batches.
    • If you see ‘Not Admitted,’ unfortunately, UNIBEN did not consider you for admission.

Important Note:

Admission is merit-based, and only those who surpass the departmental cut-off marks and meet other criteria will find their names on the UNIBEN admission list. If you are still in the “Submitted” category, continue checking, as the list may be updated.

Conclusion:

Stay informed and take timely action on your UNIBEN admission status by following the outlined steps for checking on JAMB CAPS and UNIBEN Kofa. Remember, meeting the departmental cut-off marks and other requirements are crucial for securing admission. Best of luck!
