The admission process is set to kick off on Monday, 2nd October, and will run until Friday, 20th October 2023. Interested candidates can submit their applications between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm daily (excluding public holidays and weekends). Ensure that you complete the application process within this timeframe, as late submissions will not be considered.


Registration will exclusively take place at the school’s main campus. Prospective students are advised to visit the campus during the specified dates for a seamless application process.

Registration Fees:

Candidates should take note of the registration fees, which are as follows:

  • Indigenes: N 14,000.00
  • Non-Indigenes: N 16,000.00

These fees cover the processing fee, nursing and midwifery committee fee, and a customized file.

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible for admission into the School of Nursing, Birnin-Kudu, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. Educational qualifications: Original and at least two photocopies of certificates such as FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB.
  2. Recent color passport photographs.
  3. Birth certificate or Age Declaration.
  4. Certificate of Local Government of Origin.
  5. Change of name documents if applicable.

Age Limit:

Prospective students must be between 17 and 35 years old before picking up the admission form. Age verification documents, such as a birth certificate or an age declaration affidavit, will be required during the application process.

Entrance Examination:

After submitting the application form, eligible candidates will undergo an entrance examination on Saturday, 28th October 2023. This examination aims to assess applicants’ knowledge and aptitude for nursing and midwifery, emphasizing the importance of thorough preparation for success.
