  2. Enter your Jamb Registration Number and click ‘Get Details.’
  3. Pay the screening fee online using ATM/Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, USSD, or Visa QR.
  4. Fill the form to create a UTME/DE Screening Account.
  5. Click ‘Register.’
  6. Review the displayed candidate’s details.
  7. Click ‘Generate Data Form.’
  8. A two-page PDF file will be generated – page 1 captures registration details, and page 2 is the Candidate’s Post-UTME Test (CBT) Exams Card.
  9. Print both pages and attach photocopies of all credentials to page 1.
