  3. Allied Health Sciences (B. Radiography), Law, and Communication (B.Sc. Mass Communication): 220 and above
  4. Allied Health Sciences (B.Sc. Environmental Health Science), Earth and Environmental Sciences (Architecture Only), Computer Science & Information Technology (B.Sc. Computer Science), and Engineering (B.Eng. Civil Engineering): 190 and above
  5. Agriculture, Arts and Islamic Studies, Basic Medical Sciences, Computer Science and Information Technology (Excluding B.Sc. Computer Science), Earth and Environmental Sciences (Excluding B.Sc. Architecture), Education, Engineering (Excluding B.Eng. Civil Engineering), Life Sciences, Management Sciences, Physical Sciences, Social Sciences: 180 and above

How to Apply: Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Login

Visit the Bayero University website (www.buk.edu.ng) and click on “2023 UTME ONLINE SCREENING EXERCISE.”

Step 2: Profile Update

UTME candidates should log in using their UTME Registration Number as the username and UTME aggregate score as the password. Fill in the provided form, and note that the photograph uploaded from JAMB will serve as the valid ID throughout your stay at Bayero University.

Step 3: Generation of BUK PPI

Generate and download your Personalised Payment Invoice (PPI), which includes a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) for a screening cost of N2,000. Choose between online payment (Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking) or printing the invoice for payment at any Commercial Bank nationwide. After successful online payment, an acknowledgment slip can be instantly generated and printed. For bank payments, use the “check your payment” button on the site before printing the acknowledgment card.

Registration Deadline

The online registration commences on Monday, 20th November 2023, and closes on Sunday, 7th January 2024. However, the printing of acknowledgment slips will continue up to midnight on Sunday, 14th January 2024.
