How to Apply for FUOTUOKE Post UTME:

The application process is straightforward. Qualified candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000 via the University’s portal at www.fuotuoke.edu.ng. Payment can be made online using acceptable debit cards (Visa, Verve, and Master Card) or by printing the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) slip and proceeding to any commercial bank listed on the portal.

Required Documents for Screening:

After successful submission, candidates must present the originals of the following credentials at the screening centers:

  • O’ level results
  • JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
  • A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable)
  • O’level certificate/statement of result(s)
  • 2 Passport Photographs
  • Indigene letter
  • Certificate of birth/declaration of age

These documents should be neatly packed in a quarto-size envelope labeled with the candidate’s name, department, and JAMB registration number.
