FCE Eha-Amufu Post-UTME Screening Form for 2023

Admission Requirements for NCE Programmes:

To ensure a smooth application process, candidates must meet the following general entry requirements for NCE programmes:

  1. Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSC), NECO, or GCE O’ Level with FOUR credits, including English Language and Mathematics.
  2. Grade II Teacher’s Certificate (TC II) with credit or merit in FOUR subjects, including English and Mathematics.
  3. Relevant qualifications for Vocational and Technical Education courses, such as RSA or City and Guilds Intermediate Certificate and the Federal Craft Training Certificate (FCTC).
  4. Associateship Certificate in Education from an approved institution in Nigeria or abroad.
  5. Successful completion of the selection examination organized by accredited bodies like JAMB and the College.

NCE Programme Duration:

The NCE programme offers flexibility with the following durations:

  • Regular Students: 3 years
  • Sandwich Students: 5 Long Vacations

Available NCE Programme Courses:

Prospective students can choose from a wide array of courses, including but not limited to:

  • Christian Religious Studies/Social Studies
  • Economics/English
  • Music (Double Major)
  • Political Science/Christian Studies
  • Chemistry/Computer Science
  • Business Education (Double Major)

Application Process: Follow these simple steps to apply online:

  1. Visit the online application portal: https://portal.fceehamufu.edu.ng/
  2. Click on ‘Admission Screening Application Link.’
  3. Select NCE Programme.
  4. Enter relevant information and click ‘Create Profile.’ Take note of your Username and Password.
  5. Click ‘Continue’ after profile creation.
  6. Confirm Payment Information and click ‘Generate Invoice.’
  7. Make payment at any commercial bank.
  8. Return to the portal after payment and click on ‘Existing Applicant login link.’
  9. Log in using your Username and Password.
  10. Upload O’Level results, JAMB results, Birth certificate, and fill in the required details.
  11. Print your acknowledgment and E-Registration slips.

Pre-NCE Programme:

For the one-year Pre-NCE programme, candidates should hold either Senior Secondary School Examination (WASC/NECO or NABTEB) with 3 Credits and 2 passes, including English Language, or TC II with 3 credits/merits in relevant areas.

Additional Information:

  1. Prospective candidates can apply for Post-UTME registration even if FCE, Eha-Amufu wasn’t their initial choice. Ensure a Change of Institution/Course on the JAMB Portal.
  2. Successful candidates should accept the provisional admission promptly to secure their spot.
  3. Use the same phone number and email address as in JAMB registration for seamless communication.
