  3. Online Screening Acknowledgment Slip
  4. Downloaded O’ Level Results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, and Grade II)
    • Ensure these are obtained from the internet, and they should not exceed two sittings.
  5. Birth Certificates or Declaration of Age
  6. Indigene Certificate
