Prospective students must provide original and two photocopies each of the following documents:
- Recent color passport photographs
- Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of Name (if applicable)
Applicants must be between 17 and 35 years old. Birth certificates or age declaration affidavits will be required for age verification during the application process.
