ABSU Post-UTME Screening Timetable 2023

    • Faculty of Biological Sciences
    • Faculty of Physical Sciences
    • College of Medicine
    • Venue: Uturu Campus
  • Day 2 (20th October):
    • Faculty of Law
    • Faculty of Agriculture
    • Venue: Umuahia Location
    • Faculty of Economics & Management Sciences
    • Faculty of Social Sciences
    • Venue: Uturu Campus
  • Day 3 (21st October):
    • Faculty of Education
    • Faculty of Engineering
    • Faculty of Environmental Studies
    • Faculty of Humanities
    • Venue: Uturu Campus

Screening Time: The screening exercises will commence promptly at 10:00 am each day.

Candidates Qualified for the Screening:

To be eligible for the screening exercise, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Candidates who selected ABSU as their 1st or 2nd Choice in the UTME, as well as those who did not choose the University but wish to change to ABSU.
  • UTME candidates with a score of 140 and above.
  • Candidates possessing the required five O’level credit passes in line with the University entry requirements.
  • Direct Entry candidates.

Registration Process:

To register for the screening exercise, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log on to the official ABSU website at www.abiastateuniversity.edu.ng.
  2. Make an e-payment of two thousand Naira (₦2,000.00) only at any of the following banks:
    • ABSU Micro-Finance Bank, Uturu
    • Eco Bank Plc
    • Zenith Bank Plc
    • Fidelity Bank Plc
    • Union Bank Plc
    • UBA Plc
  3. Payment can also be made via bank debit cards.

Important Notes:

  • Candidates who fail to register for the Post-UTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission.
