- Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Educational Qualifications: A minimum of five credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings in the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASCE), General Certificate of Education (GCE), or National Examination Council (NECO). These credits should be in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.
- Additional Certification: Candidates must possess either a Registered Midwifery (RM) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse Certificate (RPN).

Collection of Application Form
Visit the UBTH website at conubth.edu.ng to obtain the application form. Ensure that you upload a receipt of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only. This fee should be payable to UBTH Treasury Single Account (TSA) via the Remita platform in any commercial bank under the service type “Training School-Department of Nursing, College of Nursing Sciences.”
Additionally, make a separate payment of Five Hundred Naira (N500) to the Nursing and Midwifery Council Committee Edo State Account No. 2004854377 at First Bank of Nigeria.
Upload your O-level result, Midwifery or Psychiatric certificate when submitting the completed application.
