UNIUYO Post UTME/DE Forms – 2024/2025 Admission

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal Navigate to the UNIUYO online portal by typing http://uniuyo.edu.ng/eportals or simply go to uniuyo.edu.ng and click on the “e-portals” link.

Step 2: Choose Admission Forms Select the “Admission Forms” link on the portal and opt for “Post-UTME” as the Admission Form Type.

Step 3: Provide Contact Information Enter your phone number and email address in the designated fields.

Step 4: Make Payment Click on the “MAKE PAYMENT NOW” button to proceed with the payment. You can pay online using an ATM card or internet banking. Alternatively, make payment at any commercial bank using the pre-payment slip through the Remita platform.

Step 5: Obtain Login Credentials After payment, return to the online portal and click on the “Register” link to obtain your login credentials. Use these credentials to complete your registration.

Step 6: Print Screening Exercise Schedule Slip Print out the 2024/2025 Screening Exercise Schedule Slip for your reference.

Step 7: Fill Out Bio-Data Form Fill out the Bio-Data form accurately and ensure all information is correct.

Step 8: Scan and Upload Academic Qualifications Scan and upload the original copies of your academic qualifications.

Step 9: Submit Bio-Data Form Online Submit your completed bio-data form online. Remember to submit only once to avoid disqualification.


  • Uploading wrong or incomplete bio-data will lead to automatic disqualification.
  • No need to upload a photograph or undergo biometric capture, as JAMB has already provided this information.

Application Fee:

Eligible candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 via the University Portals. The fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to study at UNIUYO. Ensure timely payment to avoid processing issues.

Important Information:

  • Candidates who don’t register for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise won’t be considered for admission.
  • Foreign candidates, inmates of correctional centers, blind, and deaf candidates are exempt from the Post-UTME Screening Exercise.
  • Candidates with awaiting results can also apply.

Application Required Documents:

Ensure you have the following documents for a complete application:

  1. UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
  2. UNIUYO Post-UTME Acknowledgment Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
  4. O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) or an online version of the result
  5. UNIUYO Online application form (For Direct Entry only)
  6. Passport Photographs

Make sure to keep a copy of your proof of payment for future reference.
