Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the screening process, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Choose The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro as their first choice institution.
- Attain a UTME score not below 150 in the 2023 UTME.
- Candidates who didn’t initially select Ilaro but are willing to change their institution to make Ilaro their first choice.
Application Process:
- Commencement Date: The application process begins on Monday, 10th July 2023. Mark your calendars!
- Method of Application: Visit the official website of The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro at www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng to access the online application form.
- Generating Screening Form Invoice:
- Click on “Portal” in the main menu.
- Scroll down to “New Application.”
- Click on the “Generate Invoice” button.
- Fill in your details and select your program of study.
- Pay a processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) at the bank to obtain the RRR number.
- Completing the Application Form:
- Return to the portal and repeat steps 1-3.
- Click on the “Fill Application Form” button.
- Enter the RRR number obtained from the bank.
- Complete the application form.
- Upload Documents:
- Scan and upload your UTME notification of result slip.
- For candidates not awaiting results, upload O’Level result(s).
- Awaiting result candidates should indicate their year of examination and registration number, using (AR) in the relevant columns. Upload results when available.
- Confirmation and Submission:
- Confirm your details and submit the application.
- Print a copy of the Acknowledgement Slip for your records.
