Ilaro Poly Post-UTME Screening Registration For 2023/2024 Session

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the screening process, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Choose The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro as their first choice institution.
2. Attain a UTME score not below 150 in the 2023 UTME.
3. Candidates who didn’t initially select Ilaro but are willing to change their institution to make Ilaro their first choice.

Application Process:

1. Commencement Date: The application process begins on Monday, 10th July 2023. Mark your calendars!
2. Method of Application: Visit the official website of The Federal Polytechnic Ilaro at www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng to access the online application form.
3. Generating Screening Form Invoice:
   • Click on “Portal” in the main menu.
   • Scroll down to “New Application.”
   • Click on the “Generate Invoice” button.
   • Fill in your details and select your program of study.
   • Pay a processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) at the bank to obtain the RRR number.
4. Completing the Application Form:
   • Return to the portal and repeat steps 1-3.
   • Click on the “Fill Application Form” button.
   • Enter the RRR number obtained from the bank.
   • Complete the application form.
5. Upload Documents:
   • Scan and upload your UTME notification of result slip.
   • For candidates not awaiting results, upload O’Level result(s).
   • Awaiting result candidates should indicate their year of examination and registration number, using (AR) in the relevant columns. Upload results when available.
6. Confirmation and Submission:
   • Confirm your details and submit the application.
   • Print a copy of the Acknowledgement Slip for your records.
