FUTO Supplementary Admission Form for 2023/2024 session

   • Candidates who did not apply for the earlier advertised screening exercise, regardless of whether they initially applied to FUTO or not.
   • Note: If FUTO was not your first choice, ensure to change it on JAMB CAPS for consideration.

Registration Steps:

Follow these simple steps to complete your supplementary admission application:

1. Visit the official FUTO website at futo.edu.ng.
2. Click on “Prospective Students” and then “Undergraduate.”
3. Select “2023/2024 Supplementary Application” and click on “Apply Here.”
4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number.
5. Print your invoice and proceed to any bank to pay the non-refundable application fee. If you applied for Post-UTME, the fee is N15,000.00; for fresh applications, it’s N17,000.00.
   • Alternatively, make a payment using your Remittal Retrieval Reference (RRR) code and ATM card through the provided link at futo.edu.ng.
6. After successful payment, return to the portal and repeat steps 1-4.
7. Complete and submit the online Supplementary Application Form.
8. Finally, print out your “Acknowledgement Slip.”
