FUOYE Post UTME/DE Forms – 2024/2025 Admission

UTME Entry:

  1. JAMB Registration:
    • Obtain the JAMB Forms and choose FUOYE as your preferred institution.
    • Sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) as specified in the official advertisement for the 2024/2025 admission exercise.
  2. FUOYE Online Application:
    • Visit FUOYE’s eCampus.
    • Click on “Registration Steps” under the Admission Menu and carefully follow the instructions.
    • Log in using your JAMB Registration Number and the default password “password.”
  3. Update Personal Information:
    • Provide accurate details, including a valid phone number, email address, nationality, religion, and date of birth.
    • Upload a passport photo with a red background if applicable.
    • Enter O’Level results with a minimum of two sittings, and input WAEC/NECO Scratch Card details corresponding to the uploaded results.
  4. Email Verification:
    • A confirmation link will be sent to your email; verify your email account and registration details by clicking the activation link.
  5. Upload O’Level Results:
    • Log in again, click on “Upload O’Level Results,” and complete the registration by entering subjects and grades.
  6. Payment:
    • Pay the Admission Screening Fee and Portal Service Charge through the Remita Payment Platform.
    • Confirm your payment details and proceed to make the payment.
  7. Print Registration Slip:
    • After successful payment, print your Registration Slip summarizing your registration details.

Direct Entry:

  1. Follow Steps 1-5 Above.
  2. Additional Steps:
    • Click on “FUOYE Online Application” for Direct Entry candidates.
    • Provide necessary information and upload required documents.

Application Fee:

  • Eligible candidates must pay N 2000, and this fee is non-refundable.
  • Payments must be made through the Remita Payment Platform.

Required Documents:

  • UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
  • FUOYE Post-UTME Acknowledgement Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
  • JUPEB/A-LEVEL/OND/HND/BSc. RESULT SLIP for DIRECT Entry candidates
  • O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) or an online version
  • FUOYE Online application form (FOR DIRECT ENTRY ONLY)
  • Passport Photographs
