Choose Your Entry Method:

FULAFIA offers two entry methods: UTME entry and Direct Entry. For UTME entry, obtain the JAMB forms, choose FULAFIA as your preferred institution, and take the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) as advertised. Direct Entry candidates should complete the online FULAFIA Application Forms.

Visit the Application Portal:

Access the FULAFIA application portal at https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng/putme/login.php. Enter your UTME Registration Number and select the 2023/2024 Admission Screening. Click on “Log In” to proceed.

Payment Process:

Verify the displayed information on the payment page, add your phone number and email address, and click “Pay Now.” Choose your preferred payment method: a. MasterCard: Enter card details and complete the payment. b. Bank Branch: Print the invoice and pay at any commercial bank. c. USSD: Dial 737000Your RRR# (for GTB) or 770000Your RRR# (for FIDELITYBank). d. Internet Banking: Select your bank and follow the prompts. e. eWallet: Use your Paga Account.

Payment Verification:

After successful payment, you’ll receive a receipt from Remita. Ensure your payment is initiated from the FMIS Platform. If you choose MasterCard, you can continue with registration immediately. For other options, log in again, click “Verify Payment Made,” and proceed with registration after successful verification.

Complete the Application Form:

Fill in the application form accurately and click the “Submit” button.

Application Fee:

Pay the non-refundable application fee of N 2000 following the specified payment method. The due date for the fee is the closing date for the application period. Keep a copy of your proof of payment.

Ensure Application Completeness:

Check that all required documents are included in your application, such as:

    • UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy)
    • FULAFIA Post-UTME Result Slip (Coloured and photocopy) for UTME entry
    • JUPEB/A-LEVEL/OND/HND/BSc. RESULT SLIP for Direct Entry candidates
    • O’Level Result Certificate (WAEC/NECO) or an online version

Submission:

Submit your complete application. Incomplete applications will require re-application in the next application period.
