2. Fill in Your Details:
   • Enter your telephone number and submit.
   • Input your surname, first name, middle name, email address, and submit.
3. Generate Payment Slip:
   • Print your JUPEB Application Form Payment slip.
   • Take the payment slip to the designated bank for payment.
4. Complete Online Application:
   • Return to the portal ESUT Portal.
   • Navigate to the JUPEB section and click on the “Complete JUPEB Application Form” link.
   • Enter the Reference No. provided by the bank and submit.
   • Complete the application form and attach a scanned colored passport photograph on a white background (maximum size of 100KB).
   • Click submit and print the Acknowledgment Slip.
