The management of BUK has set the cut-off mark for the 2024/2025 academic session at 180. This implies that candidates scoring 180 and above in the UTME are eligible to apply for the Post UTME screening.

Application Process:

Qualified candidates are required to follow these steps for a successful application:

  1. Payment:
    • Pay a non-refundable sum of N2,000 through the University’s portal. Payment can be made online via Remita using acceptable debit cards (Visa, Verve, and MasterCard) or by printing the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) slip and proceeding to any commercial banks listed on the portal.
  2. Online Registration:
    • Visit the official BUK Post UTME registration portal at www.buk.edu.ng.
    • Complete the online application form, providing accurate information.
    • Submit the form and print the acknowledgment slip.
  3. Document Submission:
    • Candidates must present the originals of the following credentials at the screening centers:
      • O’ level results
      • JAMB result/acknowledgment slip
      • A’ level results, diploma, or IJMB (as applicable)
      • O’level certificate/statement of result(s)
      • 2 Passport Photographs
      • Indigene letter
      • Certificate of birth/declaration of age
    • Pack these credentials in a quarto-size envelope labeled with the candidate’s name, department, and JAMB registration number.
