3. Enter Applicant Details: Fill in your Applicant Name or Application Number in the designated space.

Important Notes for Successful Candidates:

• Admission Confirmation: The offer is subject to the confirmation of your suitability based on the qualifications listed in your application. Original certificates/Statement of Results will be required.
• O Level Results: For candidates with O level results from 2011 or earlier, only original certificates will be accepted during registration.
• False Information: Providing false information may lead to withdrawal of admission. Be truthful in your application.
• Medical Fitness: Obtain a medical fitness certificate from a qualified practitioner acceptable to the Polytechnic before registration.
• Registration Date: Screening and registration are scheduled to begin on December 3rd. Ensure timely compliance.

• Clearance Procedure: Obtain clearance from the department before making any payments. No refunds will be issued after receipt issuance.
