Admission Form and Application Period:
The admission process kicks off on Monday, 2nd October, and concludes on Friday, 20th October 2023. Ensure to submit your application form within the specified timeframe, as late applications will not be considered. The registration hours are from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm daily, excluding public holidays and weekends.
Venue and Registration Fees:
Registration will take place exclusively at the school’s main campus. Prospective students are required to pay the following fees:
- Indigenes: N14,000.00
- Non-Indigenes: N16,000.00
This fee includes the registration fee, processing fee, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee, and a customized file fee. It’s crucial to note these charges and prepare accordingly.
To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet specific requirements set by the school. The necessary documents for registration include:
- Recent color passport photographs
- Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
- Birth certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of name documents if applicable
Prospective students should be at least 17 years old and not more than 35 years old before obtaining the School of Nursing, Warri Admission Form. Documentation, such as a birth certificate or an age declaration affidavit, will be required during the application process.
