School of Midwifery, Batsar Admission Form 2023/2024

  • Indigenes: N14,000.00
  • Non-Indigenes: N16,000.00

Additional charges include a processing fee of N8,000.00, Nursing and Midwifery Committee fee of N500.00, and a customized file fee of N500.00.

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible for admission, candidates must fulfill certain requirements, including:

  • Recent color passport photographs
  • Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
  • Birth certificate or Age Declaration
  • Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  • Change of name (if applicable)

Age Limit:

Prospective students should be at least 17 years old and not more than 35 years old before obtaining the School of Midwifery, Batsar Admission Form. Age verification documents such as a birth certificate or an age declaration affidavit will be required during the application process.

Entrance Examination:
