Admission Requirements: Your Path to Success
To be eligible for the HND programs, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Fulfill the basic requirements for admission into the ND program of the chosen course.
- Possess a National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of lower credit in the relevant program from Federal Polytechnic, Oko, or an equivalent institution accredited by the National Board for Technical Education.
- Provide evidence of a minimum of one (1) year post-ND cognate work experience. In exceptional cases, candidates with a pass in ND and a minimum of two (2) years of industrial experience in the specific field may be considered.
How to Apply:
Follow these simple steps to kickstart your application:
- Visit the Federal Polytechnic, Oko website: www.federalpolyoko.edu.ng.
- Under Admissions, click on Online Application Forms.
- Select the HND – Regular Screening Application Program and enter your JAMB Registration Number.
- Click the Sign In button.
- On the Generate Payment Invoice page, fill in your details accurately and click the Submit button (Note: This invoice is free of charge).
- Choose your payment mode: Make a payment of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only using the generated Remita Retrieval Reference Number at any bank or simply pay with your bank ATM card.
- Return to the Polytechnic website to complete and submit the Online Application Form. Review your information before submitting.
- Print your Acknowledgement Slip.
Final Steps:
Submit photocopies of the Online Acknowledgement Slip and relevant credentials to the Admission Office to facilitate the processing of your application.
