NECC School of Post Basic Ophthalmic Nursing Admission Form 2023/2024

Admission Form Sale and Application Process:

The admission process is set to begin on Monday, 2nd October, and will conclude on Friday, 20th October 2023. Prospective candidates are urged to obtain the registration form promptly. Applications will be accepted daily between 8:30 am and 3:00 pm, excluding public holidays and weekends. It is imperative to submit your application before the specified deadline, as late applications will not be considered.

Venue and Registration Fees:

Registration will exclusively take place at the school’s main campus. Aspiring students should be aware of the following registration fees:

  • Indigenes: N 14,000.00
  • Non-indigenes: N 16,000.00

Additional Fees:

  • Processing fee: N8,000.00
  • Nursing and Midwifery Committee: N500.00
  • Customized file: N500.00

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible for admission, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Recent color passport photographs
  • Educational Certificate (FSLC, WASSCE, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB)
  • Birth certificate or Age Declaration
  • Certificate of Local Government of Origin
  • Change of name if applicable

Age Limit:

Prospective students must be at least 17 years old and not more than 35 years old before picking up the NECC School of Post Basic Ophthalmic Nursing Admission Form. Age verification documents, such as a birth certificate or an age declaration affidavit, will be required during the application process.

Entrance Examination:

After submitting the application form, eligible candidates are required to participate in an entrance examination on Saturday, 28th October 2023.
