Academic Requirements:

SSCE/ND Requirements:

1. Nautical Science:

  • Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or equivalent with at least FIVE (5) CREDIT passes, including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Geography, and any other related science subjects in not more than two sittings.
  • National Diploma in Nautical Science with a CGPA of not less than 2.50 (Lower Credit), and a minimum of one (1) year post-ND Industrial Training (IT) or one (1) year cognate work experience in a relevant organization.

2. Marine Engineering:

  • SSCE or equivalent with at least FIVE (5) CREDIT passes, including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Chemistry, and any other related science subjects in not more than two sittings.
  • National Diploma in Marine Engineering with a CGPA of not less than 2.50 (Lower Credit), and a minimum of one (1) year post-ND Industrial Training (IT) or one (1) year cognate work experience in a relevant organization.

3. Maritime Transport and Business Management:

  • SSCE or equivalent with at least FIVE (5) CREDIT passes, including Mathematics, English Language, Economics, and any two (2) of Geography, Commerce, Government, Financial Accounting, or Business Management in not more than two sittings.
  • National Diploma in Maritime Transport and Business Studies with a CGPA of not less than 2.50 (Lower Credit), and a minimum of one (1) year post-ND Industrial Training (IT) or one (1) year cognate work experience in a relevant organization.

Academy Transcript:

Applicants from other accredited institutions must submit their academic transcripts to the Office of the Coordinator of Academic Affairs via the email address [email protected] before the application portal closes.
