Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro (ILAROPOLY) HND Admission List

The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, has released the Higher National Diploma (HND) Admission List for the 2022/2023 academic session. Aspiring candidates who applied for HND admission can now check their admission status and follow the outlined steps for acceptance fee payment and registration.

Admission List Access:

To access the HND Admission List, candidates can visit the official Polytechnic website at www.federalpolyilaro.edu.ng. Look for the College portal and click on the “Check Admission Status” option using your application number and RRR number from the application or screening process. Acceptance Fee Payment:

Candidates offered admission for HND Full-Time programs in the 2022/2023 session are required to pay an acceptance fee of N23,700. The deadline for the 1st Batch acceptance fee payment is September 30th, 2022.

Payment and Registration Guidelines:

1. Visit the Polytechnic website and access the College portal.
2. Click on “Check Admission Status” using your application number and RRR number.
3. Generate the invoice for acceptance fee payment and print it.
4. Proceed to any designated bank for payment using the printed invoice.
5. After acceptance fee payment, return to the portal, input the RRR number, and print the School Admission Letter and Acceptance Fee Receipt.
6. Generate the School Fees Invoice on the College Portal and proceed to a designated bank for payment.
7. Input the RRR number from the school fees payment to print the School Fees Receipt.
8. Complete the bio-data and fill the Course Registration Forms on the portal.
9. Matriculation numbers are assigned after the payment of school fees.
10. Fill in other credentials, such as Certificate of Local Government/State of Origin, Birth Certificate, etc.
11. Fill in the appropriate courses for the session.
12. Print a hard copy of the filled course registration form online and submit four copies along with other relevant documents (SSCE, Certificate of Local Government Origin, Birth Certificate for ND students). HND students should add the Certificate of completion of One Year Industrial Attachment and ND Notification.
