Fed Poly Ado Ekiti ND Part-time Admission Form – 2023/2024

The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti, invites qualified applicants to apply for admission into its National Diploma Part-time/Evening Programs for the 2023/2024 academic session. Whether you’ve just completed your secondary education or you’re looking to enhance your skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

General Information for Candidates:

(i) Eligibility: If you chose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti but didn’t meet the Minimum Acceptable Mark (MAM) of 140 in the 2023/2024 UTME, worry not! You can still apply. Additionally, applicants must have five O’Level relevant subjects at Credit level, including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings.

(ii) NABTEB Requirements: For applicants using NABTEB (NTC) in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT), a core subject from the Trade Related Area (TRA) is required. Business-related courses can use NABTEB (NBC), except for the School of Engineering and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology.

(iii) NABTEB(General Education): Applicants with NABTEB(General Education) can also apply for courses in the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT).

(iv) O’Level Subject Requirements: Carefully review the O’Level subject requirements for your desired department on the 2023/2024 Admission Application Page.

(v) Low UTME Scores: If you scored below 140 in the last UTME and did not choose The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti as your choice institution, you can still apply.

Method of Application:

Stage 1: JAMB Registration

1. Visit JAMB office or any JAMB CBT Accredited Centre with a valid E-mail Address, Phone Numbers, and N4,200 for registration.
2. Obtain JAMB Registration Number and Admission letter.

Stage 2: Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti Application

1. Visit the Polytechnic website http://fedpolyado.edu.ng and click on “applicants” to generate and print the application payment invoice.
2. Fill in required personal details, select ND PART-TIME/EVENING under PROGRAMME, and choose your desired course under COURSE. Then, click generate invoice.
3. Print the invoice and proceed to any bank to make a payment of ₦11,500.00 on the Remita Platform.
4. Alternatively, make payment with your debit card (Master Card, Visa Card, and Verve Card) following the instructions on the invoice generation page. (Remember to print your Invoice before debit card payment).
5. After payment, revisit the School Portal, fill in your application forms using the RRR number on the payment invoice. Ensure the invoice and the RRR are in your name.
6. Carefully review your forms before submission.
7. Print your acknowledgement slip and application forms.
