Candidates aspiring for a Ph.D. must hold both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Covenant University or a recognized institution in the relevant discipline. Direct entry into the Ph.D. program requires a minimum CGPA of 4.00 on a 5.00 scale or equivalent (60%) in the Master’s degree result. Those with a CGPA of 3.50–3.99 may be considered for the M.Phil/Ph.D. program. The minimum duration of study for a Ph.D. is three academic sessions for full-time students.

The Covenant Business School offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with specializations in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate. Admission requirements include a relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least a second class lower division or a Third Class Bachelor’s degree with a Postgraduate diploma (PGD) and a minimum CGPA of 3.50.
