General Entry Requirements:
To be eligible for the first-degree programs, candidates need a minimum of 5 credits at the GCE/SSCE/NECO examinations or their equivalent. Medicine requires one sitting only. Candidates below 15 years of age are advised not to apply. Those awaiting 2022 WAEC/NECO/SSCE results must present acceptable qualifications before matriculation.
All applicants must sit for the current JAMB examination (for 100 Level) or apply for JAMB Direct Entry admissions (for Direct Entry). Transfer admissions require a JAMB Admission letter, transcript, and attestation letter from the previous university.

Department of History and International Studies Degree: B.A. (Hons.) History and International Studies Requirements: 5 credits, including English, Mathematics, History/Government, and any other 2 subjects.
Department of Languages and Literary Studies Degrees: B.A. (Hons.) English Studies, B.A. (Hons.) French Requirements: 5 credits in English, Mathematics, Literature in English, and any other two subjects.
Department of Religious Studies Degree: B.A. (Hons.) Christian Religious Studies Requirements: 5 credits in English, CRK, and any other 3 subjects.
