The School of Continuing Education at Kaduna State University, Kakuri Campus, is thrilled to announce the commencement of admissions for its Part-Time Degree Programs for the upcoming Academic Session, scheduled from October 24th to November 23rd, 2025.
KASU Admission Requirements
Aspiring candidates are required to meet the following entry requirements:
a) Prospective candidates must hold a minimum of five (5) relevant credits at the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) level, awarded by recognized Examination Bodies, achieved in no more than two sittings. This must include a credit pass in both English and Mathematics.
b) Direct Entry (DE) candidates must, in addition to the minimum SSCE requirements, obtain the minimum ‘A’ Level points for their chosen program. For example, candidates with NCE or Diploma qualifications may be considered for admission into 200 levels.
c) Top-Up candidates, aiming for admission into 400 level, must satisfy the minimum SSCE requirements and hold an HND (Credit) or a B.Sc. with a third-class degree.

KASU Program Duration
- Candidates admitted from 100 levels will spend a minimum of 5 academic sessions.
- Candidates admitted from 200 levels will spend a minimum of 4 academic sessions.
- Candidates admitted from 400 levels will spend a minimum of 2 academic sessions.
Upon graduation, successful candidates will be awarded B.Sc. or B.A. degrees.
