FULAFIA Post-UTME/DE Screening Form 2023/2024

Admission Requirements:

To be eligible for the screening exercise, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Educational Qualifications:
   • Five (5) O’ Level credits in relevant subjects, including Mathematics and English Language, obtained in not more than two (2) sittings.
2. UTME Score:
   • A JAMB UTME score of 170 and above (For Human Anatomy and Physiology, 200 and above; Nursing and Radiography, 210; MLS, 220; MBBS, 230).
3. Direct Entry:
   • Direct Entry candidates should have a minimum of Merit grade.
4. University Choice:
   • Federal University of Lafia must be selected as the first choice during JAMB registration.

Registration Period:

The registration window for the screening exercise will be open from August 25, 2023, to September 24, 2023. Make sure to complete your registration within this timeframe.

Registration Procedure:

Follow these easy steps to successfully register for the FULAFIA 2023/2024 Post-UTME screening:

1. Create an Account:
   • Visit FULAFIA’s official portal and click on “APPLY” to create an account.
2. Application Login:
   • Enter your JAMB Number, Email, and desired Password. Click “Proceed” and copy the unique ID that appears.
3. Login Confirmation:
   • Log in with the unique ID, verify your information, fill in missing biodata, and save.
4. Payment Options:
   • Choose between online payment or payment at any Commercial Bank.
     • Online Payment Options:
       • Mastercard
       • Bank Branch (Print the invoice and visit a commercial bank)
       • USSD or Internet Banking (Follow your bank’s prompt)
       • eWallet (Paga Account)
5. Initiate Payment:
   • Ensure that your payment is initiated from the MIS Platform. Only RRR generated on the portal will be recognized.
6. SSCE Details:
   • Fill in your SSCE details, scratch card details, and save.
7. Finalize Registration:
   • Navigate back to the portal, refresh the page, and print the summary of your application and payment receipts.
8. Wait for Admission Notification:
   • Once you’ve completed the process, patiently await notification of admission.
