FUGASHUA Post-UTME Screening Form For 2023/2024 Session

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the screening, UTME candidates must have scored 140 and above, while Direct Entry candidates should have selected Federal University Gashua as their First Choice with Distinction, Credit, or Merit in NCE, IJMB (6 points & above), Upper Credit in National Diploma (ND), HND lower credit, and above.

Registration Process:

Follow these simple steps to register for the online screening:

1. Create an Account: Visit the Federal University, Gashua website https://fugashua.edu.ng and click on the registration link. Fill in your JAMB number, first name, surname, entry mode (UTME/DE), email address (username), and a password containing uppercase letters and numbers.
2. Confirmation: A confirmation link will be sent to your email. Click on it, and you will be redirected to the payment page.
3. Payment Options:
   • Bank Payment: Click on the Pay icon, print the invoice, and make your payment at any bank.
   • ATM Payment Option: Click Pay icon, select card type, enter your phone number, proceed, enter card details, and confirm with the OTP received on your phone.
4. Log In: After payment, log in with your username (email address/JAMB number) and password.
5. Course Selection: Provide your UTME first and second choices, subject combination, and UTME score.
6. Bio Data Form: Fill in the bio data form, upload a recent passport photograph, save, and proceed.
7. O’ Level Credits: Provide details of five relevant O’ level credits, including Mathematics and English, at not more than two sittings. You can update your O’ level results later if needed.
8. Previous Institutions and Qualifications: Provide details of previous institutions attended with qualifications obtained. DE students should include grades obtained from any post-secondary school attended.
9. Document Upload: Scan and upload copies of your certificates and results.
10. Submission: Click submit and confirm submission. Once successful, you’ll see the message: “Application Submitted Successfully, It Cannot Be Altered. Thanks.”
