2. Click on ‘Check Admission Status.’
3. Select ‘Access my CAPS’ and then click on ‘Admission Status’ to view your offer.
4. Accept or reject the admission or transfer offer within 48 hours of receipt.

Part B: Online Registration Guidelines for Fresh Students

Step 1: Acceptance of Offer

1. Visit the FULOKOJA website (www.fulokoja.edu.ng) and navigate to Admissions – Undergraduate – Post-UTME. Log in with your JAMB Registration Number to confirm your admission status.
2. Click on ‘Pay Now’ to process the acceptance charge of N20,000.00 using REMITA services.
3. Return to the website to confirm your payment and receive your school email address.
4. Print your Admission Letter and Letter of Undertaking.

Step 2: O’Level Result Verification

1. Submit your O’level examination details and valid scratch card information on the Post-UTME Portal.
2. Check your university email or the portal for confirmation and proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Payment of School Charges

1. Log in to the Student Portal with your JAMB Registration Number.
2. Click on ‘Pay Now’ to process the payment for School Charges using REMITA services.
3. Confirm your payment on the Student Portal.
4. Print your School Charges receipt and completed online Student Bio-Data Form (Form 01).

Note: Keep all printed documents for submission upon resumption.

Step 4 & 5: Medical Certificate, Course Registration, and Physical Clearance

These steps will be carried out on resumption, and the date will be announced on the university website.

1. Conduct your medical fitness test at the University Health Services Centre.
2. Complete your Course Registration online through the Student Portal.
3. Visit your department and submit required documents for Physical Clearance.
